Mobile Veterinary Surgeon Shrewsbury

We are seeking a qualified MRCVS to join our team as a Mobile Vet in the Shrewsbury Region. This role will cover gaps in the rota/holidays and support busy days at a variety of clinics.

As a member of our professional and personable team, you will provide exceptional care by actively listening and empathizing with clients and patients, prioritizing their needs above all else.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in small animal practice, with expertise in clinical examination and surgery. They will be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, sharing our values of trustworthiness, care, and progressiveness. Strong communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to share knowledge and serve as a positive role model for others.

Candidates should be confident in performing general practitioner-consults and first opinion surgery, with the ability to work independently when required.

There is on offer a competitive salary package of up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience), along with a range of benefits including annual leave, paid sabbaticals, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, CPD allowance, and access to wellbeing support.

This is a mobile role covering the Shrewsbury Region, with opportunities for career development within a national network of veterinary surgeons.
