Veterinary Clinical Director Faygate

Synchronised Solution is recruiting a Clinical Director. You will need to be a Veterinary Surgeon with extensive experience in managing veterinary teams as well as with sound clinical experience. This role is with a leading UK Veterinary Group. You will have to deliver first class care and service. You will act as a link between the branches and senior management. You will be leading clinical teams on a regional basis to deliver outstanding care and service and to strengthen the relationship between the branches and with the senior management

The practice is very close to Gatwick airport (15 minute drive) and there are also excellent train connections to Central London. The successful candidate will be joining a large team of 9 vets and 25 support staff which hold a variety of certificates and specialities including exotics, internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, radiology, rehabilitation, surgery, ultrasound.

The position covers 40 hours a week over 4 days. There are also 1 in 3 Saturdays included in this shift pattern, to ensure continual management oversight of the practice.

To be considered for this vacancy, you will need to have a solid clinical and management background working at a small animal veterinary practice. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. You need to be a team player and a motivator and have passion and energy to always deliver the best and more effective solutions. You will need to be able to work alone and as part of a team.

This vacancy offers a fantastic package up to £66500 per year including accommodation and car allowance. You will also get a practice profit based commission package as well as £1500 CPD allowance plus 3 days leave, VDS, RCVS and BVA fees fully paid, 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.
