The role
We are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their busy hospital.

The practice is well known in South London; it has an extremely loyal client following and well established team of vets and nurses. The role will provide the successful candidate with a wide range of cases and a lovely working environment. You should have at least 1 year of UK veterinary experience.

The suitable candidate will be a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients quickly.

Surrounded by an experienced nursing team, the successful candidate will be expected to be confident in routine surgery, first opinion consulting and medical cases.

The role allows for a good work life balance with flexible working hours.

Salary & Benefits:

A very competitive package pro rata (depending on experience), which includes accommodation allowance and a vehicle or vehicle allowance

£1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days’ CPD leave per annum or pro rata and in-house CPD training

4 weeks’ paid sabbatical (after each 5 years of service)

Skills and experience
You must be a Veterinary Surgeon who is registered with the RCVS.

Branch
This is a well established practice, with a long history of providing gold standard first opinion work for its loyal client base. You would be working alongside 2 other vets, one of whom is a surgery certificate holder, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN (soon to qualify) and 2 CCAs

The practice is located in leafy Wimbledon, within easy reach of Wimbledon common and all the lovely shops and cafes in the area. It is a short walk from the nearest train station so ideally located for access into central London.
